- Effectively work with internal teams, underwriters, and insurance carriers to negotiate, design, and present benefit plan options
- Conduct regular reviews of client benefit plans, checking for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and proactively address their needs
License/Certification
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred)
